Hi, I’m Lindsey.

Maybe you are curious how simple shifts in your posture can provide ease in your everyday life. Maybe you want to understand how your breath mechanics can affect your mood, your energy and your overall well-being. Or maybe you have a desire to find strength in your deep core and would like to move in a way that feels good in your spine and your joints.

I offer explorations in movement, breath, and the balance of postural and emotional alignment. I would love to be a part of your journey.

I have always been curious about the human body, movement and breath. My background in classical ballet and as a professional dancer taught me both to listen to the whispers of my inner landscape and about the harm that’s done when we quiet the body. After 20 years of working with clients in The GYROTONIC® Method, I deepened my tools for working with the body’s intelligence with nervous systems studies in 2017, and becoming a certified breath facilitator in 2021 through Our Breath Collective. These additions really tied the threads together in helping me overcome anxiety and giving me tools to navigate my everyday life with ease. I find joy in helping others do the same.

I live in Washington State with my husband and two children. We love to be outdoors with our dog, exploring the beauty of the valley we live in.

My Approach

I believe that the body is sending us messages all day long. It is our job to listen, and to work with these messages instead of against them. In my work I become a support to you as the observer of your own system. We will uncover what brings you comfort, support, strength and ease with curious minds and open hearts.

MOvement

I use my expertise in The GYROTONIC® Method as well as stability training to help clients build a greater understanding of their deepest layer of support for posture, balance and overall ease.

Breath

Breath is a powerful tool that is at our fingertips every moment of everyday. Using a principle based approach to breathwork, I help to educate clients in the importance of the breath as a enhancement to their life. We look at breath mechanics, nervous system education and learn conscious breathing patterns that can make a profound difference in their overall well-being
